Gordon Brown grilled on Islamic extremists running schools

Gordon Brown today, promised to investigate claims by David Cameron that an "extremist" organisation had set up two schools with the help of public funding.The Tory leader asked why the Government had failed to ban Hizb ut Tahrir, and claimed that an organisation with links to the group had established the two private schools.
Criticising the government's record on Islamic extremism during Commons question time today, Mr Cameron asked the prime minister when he was going to "get a grip" on the issue.
